Frequently Asked Questions

What is the minimum investment for the fund?
Minimums vary by fund tier. Please schedule a conversation with our partners to discuss specific entry requirements for our current Milwaukee portfolio.
What is the typical fund term?
We typically operate on a 5–6 year term. This provides sufficient time to acquire, renovate (30–45 days), stabilize, and optimize the assets for maximum exit value.
How are distributions handled?
Preferred returns are paid out first, followed by quarterly distributions once properties are stabilized. Your capital is prioritized before GP participation.
What is "Capital Recycling"?
After stabilization, we refinance properties at their new appraised value (ARV). Recovered capital is then redeployed into new acquisitions, compounding your returns within the same fund cycle.
